MISS ADA WARD'S MISSION.

Last evening, the Salvation Army Citadel was well filled to hear Miss Ada Ward continue her evangelistic services. Speaking from the words, ' ' Jesus of Nazareth passetli by," Miss Ward gave a deeply earnest address, listened to with close attention. Miss Ward spoke in favourable terms of the spiritual life of New Zealand, which she considered had reached a higher level than in England or Australia. The spiritual life of London in these days was very low, lower, she believed, than it had ever been since the world began. The speaker made an' eloquent appeal to the audience to cling to the simple faith. The officers taking part in tho service were Adjutant Neilsen, Staff-Captain Ormes, Brigadier Glover, and Captain Leach. To-morrow evening Mis.s Ward will deliver her popular lecture, "My Life Story ; Can an Actress be a Christian ?'*
