Minister for Marine— Vice-Admiral Alif Hikmet. Minister for War — Salish Pasha. Minister for Public Instruction — Naib Bey, a member of the Committee' of Union and Progress. TREASURE TROVE AT YILDIZ. IMMENSE BOOTY SECURED. CONSTANTINOPLE, 6th May. A Government Commission which has beea examining Yildiz Palace, the residence of the late Sultan, has discovered' £450,000 in bank-notes, a rosary worth £75,000, and receipts for moneys totalling £1,000,000 deposited in foreign banks.
