ANTARCTIC DISTURBANCES. WELLINGTON "TO BE VISITED. [BX TELEGRAPH — PBE33 ASSOCIATION.^ AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr. Clement WTagge says that the; new Antarctic disturbance advised an; 3rd May southward of Cape Ijeeowis has travelled rapidly. All New Zealand is qoickly coming under its vi-> fluence, and the advancing rsabsrsJook decidedly ugly, especially in the vicinity of Cage Farewell. Heavy winds^ and squalls may be expected from between norfch-north-west and west and south-west and south, with v.icious seas" succeeding, and much rain. Cook Strait and the southern half of New Zealand will be most affected. The period between Bth May and 14th May will fall under the influence of the disturbance, which will make things pretty lively, especially South from the fortieth parallel of latitude.
