DANGER OF PARTITION. APPEAL TO THE SHAH'S PATRIOTISM. POLITICAL OFFENDERS AMNESTIED. By Telegraph. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received April 30, 8.35 a.m.) TEHERAN, 29th April. The Shah's action in granting a suspension of the siege of Tabriz and allowing the town to be provisioned, was due to a powerful appeal to him by the Nationalists to rescue their common country from foreign intervention and the danger of partition. All political offenders *in Tabriz and Teheran have since been amnestied. RUSSIAN ADVANCE UNOPPOSED. FOOD SENT TO. TABRIZ. / TEHERAN, 29th April. The Shah has ordered Rakhim Khan, leader of the Nationalist forces at Tabriz, who is now commanding a portion of Shuja-ed-Dowleh's Royalist troops which were lately investing the city, not to obstruct the Russian advance. The provisioning of Tabriz is proceeding slowly. THE TURKISH OBJECT-LESSON. SHAH DEEPLY IMPRESSED. TEHERAN, 29th April. The Shah is deeply impressed with the course of events at Constantinople.
