At a meeting of the Harbour Board to-day the committee which was appointed to concider the question of the grounding of the Ulimaroa while coming up the harbour submitted its report, in which it recommended that Captain Wyllie's pilotage exemption certificate be withdrawn, the captain to have the option of applying in three months for reinstatement.
