MR. FISHER AND THE REV. J. J. NORTH.

io Tint EorroK. Sir, — The Eev. Mr. North has, through your columns, accepted my invitation to him to state his case at my meeting at the Town Hall on Monday next. At the conclusion of my municipal address, which will be timed to suit the occasion, I suggest that Mr. North should have fifteen minutes in which to state the attitude of the Council of the Churches regarding Sunday concerts. At the conclusion of his speech I propose to taks fifteen minutes tor the purpose of enabling me to define my position Possibly Mr. North may then require to make an explanation. I may desire to do the same. What we want to get is a clear exposition of the Sunday concert question from two points of view. — I am, etc., F. M. B. FISHER. 20th April.
