£BY TELEGBAPH. — PHBSS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, This Day. The Nautical Court found that the Maheno was responsible for the collision with the Matariki near Rattray-street Wharf, and ordered the Maheno's people to pay twenty-one guineas costs. .
