Mr. Hutchison, S.M., to-day fined a young man named Albert Bond £10, in default oue month's imprisonment, for purchasing liquor for consumption in a No-licenso area without giving to the vendor his name and address in writing. It is likely an attempt will bo made to upset the conviction. Bond was the other day acquitted on a chargo of sly-grog selling. A charge heard to-day against Margaret Crook of sly-grog selling was dismissed.
