CITY POPULATION.
THE FOUR. CHIEF CENTRES. The Registrar-General has completed his annual return of the population, of the four chief cities of the Dominion. In compiling therdturn, the plan followed is to take the cities and their suburbs, including contiguous boroughs and road board districts. In the case of Wellington, the districts included are the city, Karori, Miramar, and Onslow boroughs, but not Eastbourne or Petone.
