Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington, 11th February, 1909. PURSUANT to Section 118 of "The Corporations Act, 1908," His Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified that a petition in accordance with regulations, signed by not less than one-fourth of the electors of the areas described in the Schedule hereto, has been presented to him, praying that the said areas may be excluded from the Borough of Karori and included in the County of Makara. All jjcrsons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to, or patitioiiß against, the proposed alteration within one month from the first publication of this notice. Such objections or petitions are to be addressed and forwarded to the Minister of Internal Affairs; Wellington. SCHEDULE.
