Baron yon Bienerth, Minister of the Interior, speaking in the Austrian Chamber, announced that at an early date a Bill to create an Italian judicial faculty in some Austrian city would be introduced. It is reported that Vienna, and not Trieste, will be the city chosen. No doubt the recent rioting within the Vienna University has had some influence on tho action of the Government. There are feeveral universities in the Austrian Empire, nam.ely, at Prague, Vienna, Gratz, Brurm, Innsbruck, Pesth (Budapest), Cracrow, Klausenberg, Lamberg, and Czernowitz. Vienna, Gratz, and Innsbruck rank as German universities. In Trieste there are many Italians, and tho desiro of students is tho establishment of a university in that city.
