Tho new South Australian loan scrip is at from one-half to one. per cent, discount. METAL. Silver is quoted at 22|d. TALLOW. At the tallow sales, 619 casks were offered, and 444 sold. Mutton, fine, 33s 9d ; medium, 30s 6d. Beef, fine, 32s 3d ; medium 30s. WHEAT. (Received December 10, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, 9th December. Wheat — The American visible supply of wheat is 82,157,000 bushels. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., ' advise having received the following cablegram this morning from their London house, under yesterday's date: — "We quote present spot values for tho following descriptions of tallow: — Good mutton, 325; good beef, 30s 9d; mixed, 28a 9d. Market firmer."
