Conservative members of the Welsh Miners' Federation have decided to claim a refund of all the mon&ys they have paid for the support of the Laboui members of the House of Commons. The amount is estimated at £8000. This decision is an outcome of the decision by the Court of Appeal — that a trades union is not empowered to levy money for the support of members of the House of Commons.
