DRIFTING STEADILY TOWARDS WAR.
AUSTRIAN AMBASSADOR TO LEAVE CONSTANTINOPLE. LONDON, Bth December The Vienna correspondent of The Times says there is a growing feeling that Austria is drifting aimlessly, out steadily, towards war. To this, however all except some persons in military and ultramontane circles are opposed. The Marquis Pallavicini the Austrian Ambassador to Turkey, quits Constantinople a few days hence.
