THEATRE ROYAL.
Laughter, pure, spontaneous, free, ran rippling over the crowded tiers in the Theatre Royal last evening, when Miss Lancashire, Limited made her second appearance before a Wellington audience. Miss Florence Eaines, as a Lancashire lass, overflows with, all the broad, native nirth of the north country. Like the great Maccabe's cough, Miss Baine's irrepressible gurgle of delight deserves to be remembered. Her versatility is great. Her inimitable representation of character upon the London streets, costers, and ladies with patter and song accompaniment, was received with uproarious applause.- All her songs were rendered with verve ond a facility that showed the trained vocalist. For the whole performance Miss Baines and hor company merit high praise. Apart from the competent handling of the story by the various acto>*s there are musical interludes, such ps the one.-string viola-play-ing by Mr. Burton, and tho singing of Miss Kitty Henningham. "Miss Lancashire, Limited" will appear before the public again to-night.
