MORE SHIPS. EXPENDITURE OF A MILLION AND A HALF.

Harcourt, First Commissioner of Works, announced that orders for £600,000 worth of torpedo-boat destroyers had been placed with Clyde shipbuilding yards, and the Admiralty was now adding £900,000 worth of ships to the programme.
