FIRST APPROPRIATIONS. DREADNOUGHTS AND INDOMITABLES. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. BERLIN, 21st November. The* German Naval Estimates for 1909 are £3,000,000 above those for the current year. A sum of £10,988,000, or an increase of £2,437,500, will be devoted to works under the headings of non-Tecurring cxi penditure, new constructions, and armaments, while £7,000,000 will be apportioned to new constructions, of which £4,250,000 will be met by loan, and the remainder out of ordinary revenue. i The Estimates provide for first appropriations for three Dreadnoughts, one Indomitable, two small cruisers, twelve torpedo-boat destroyers, and. some submarines.
