AUCKLAND, 22nd Nov. At tho Supreme Court, Kennedy Thomson, charged with breaking ana entering, was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment. Robert Janres Bryden, aliajs Jack Woodward, charged • with theft of jewellery and horse stealing, had a bad record, and was sentenced to three years' imprisonment on each charge, terms to be concurrent. Patrick Small, charged with indecent assault on a little girl at Hikurangi, was acquitted after a retrial.
