VICEROY INTERRUPTS A TOUR. CHARGES OF SEDITION. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright, (Received November 20, 9 a.m.) CALCUTTA, 19th November. The Viceroy, Lord Minto^ is interrupting his t6ur in Oudh, and proceeding to Calcutta to discuss tha situation. Several Babus were arrestud at Khulna and Narainganj, towns in Bengal, on charges of sedition. Materials for the manufacture of bombs were found in the residence of one of them.
