Tlje London Chamber of Commerce had, said Mr. Deakin, been asked to select the guests. Tho question of reduced cable rates was, accordiiig to the Pwme Minister, receiving attention, but the question of an "All -Red" cable route was difficult, owing to the trouble that would be experienced in getting all the partners into line.
