CONSTIPATION.
By "Common Sense." A constipated condition of the bowels is the commonest cause of ill-health. If the waste matter, which the bowels ehould regularly remove, is retained for an unusual time, it will to some extent bs absorbed into the body, giving rise to i*digeation, foul breath, evil-smalling perspiration, headache, and neuralgia. Ike circulation of the blood is impeded by the pressure of the accumulated mattor, and the entire system becomes deranged. Piles are a frequent result of constipation. A regular movement of the bowels is as necessary to health as regular meals. No one whose bowels arc constipated can possibly be well. In many parts of Australia and Now Zealand it is difficult, or impossible, to obtain an adequate supply of fresh fruit and vegetables, and in fcheae districts constipation is very prevalent. To overcome stay tendency to constipation, Warner's Safe Pille should b« taken in sufficient quantity to produce ONE free movement of the bowels daily. One pill nigh.% is generally sufficient. If this has not the desirod affect, gradually increase the dose, caking one and a-half, two, or even three pills nightly. On the other hand, if ono pill causes an excessive movement, half a pill, or even Jess, should be taken nightly until regularity is established. It ip far prefei able to take the proper dose nightly than to take too largo a dose and then discontinue for a day or two, as the object is to induco a habit of regularity. Warner's Safe Pills are not a drastic cathartic. They act on the liver in such a manner as to stimulate a healthy, natural flow of biie into the bowels, and bile is nature's cathartic. Warner's Safe Pills are sold by all chemists and storekeepers. Price Is per vial. Postfree. H. H. Warner and Co., Limited, Melbourne, Victoria. — Advt.
