A very successful promenade concert and dance was held in the Upper Hutt Town Hall last night in aid of the school prize fund, and resulted in a sub stantiat balance. Miss Greig supplied thft music. The weekly meeting of the Star of Wellington Lodge, 1.0. G.T., was held on Thursday evening in Richards's Hnll, Bro. G. Lambert, C.T., presiding. The quarterly reports of the various officers showed the lodge to be in a very fair condition. The following officers were installed by Bro. W. Allan, S.D.G.C.T., assisted by Bro. Griffen (H.M.S.
