FOUND DROWNED.

The body of an unknown man, apparently between 40 and 45 years of age, was , found in the harbour, near the Thorhdon Baths, on Saturday evening. Information was given to the police by a lad named Thomas Brice. The body was taken to the morgue, where it still awaits identification. The corpse is that of a man sft sin in height, and was clothed in a brown tweed coat, dark tweed trousers and vest, and blucher boots. Two or three seamen have lately been reported missing, but the deceased does not answer to the description of any of them. An inquest will be held to-day at 5 p.m.
