T. Kennedy Macdonald, Ltd., will hold to-morrow at 2.30 o'clock at their Exchange Land Mart a sale of landed properties comprising, under instructions from Miss Milsom, the property situate in Hawker-street, the subject of the recent Supreme Court caso, and in order to close the matter, the bay window residence, No. 15, containing six rooms, with section having a frontage of 22ft lOin by a depth of 103 ft, irregular. On tha same date tho firm will offer a block of land situate at tho Lower Hutt, containing one acre, with frontago to the Waiwetu-road, and adjacent to tho family residence and grounds of Mr. H. E. Leighton ; also, by order of the Registrar of the Supremo Court, a shop and dwelling of five rooms, situate at Alicetown, Lower Hutt, erected on a section having a frontago of 45ft to Cuba-street, by a varying depth up_ to 103 ft. _ The firm also insert a preliminary notice of the sale by auction on the 14th October, of the Crofton _ Downs Estate, close to tho Crofton Railway Station. Plans and fuller details will appear later. In the month of November the firm will submit tho Paumati township, close to the Paraparaumu Railway Station on the \V. and M.
