THE INDIANA MURDERS.
LAMPHERE INDICTED. Bj Telegraph. — Freaa Association. -^Copyright NEW YORK, 24th May. The Grand Jury has indicted Lamphere for the murder of Mrs. Guinness and her children; also for incendiarism and being an accessory to the murder of Mrs. Guinness's former husband. At an inquest at La Porte, the coroner came to the conclusion that Mrs. Guinness had' been burned to death as the result of felonious homicide. The woman was suspected of having murdered several persons whom she had lured to her house by means of matrimonial agency advertisements, and Lamphere, a farm hand, has stated that he was an eyewitness of the tragedies. Mrs. Guinness's house was destroyed by fire, and four bodies, believed tc bo those of the woman and her children, were discovered ia an incinerated state.
