[BJ MSLEGKArn.— FItESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, This Day. The attention of tho City Council has be-en called to the drinking of intoxicating liquor in the pavilion at Victoria Park. It was stated that cricketers in various stages of intoxication have been seen in the pavilion. Somo of the rooms, it is alleged, are literally turned into bars. The council referred the matter to the Works Committee.
