At Kalgoorlie a. cyclone, accompanied by heavy rain, swept tho, town and levelled saveral dwellings. The Town Hall, in course of erection, suffered damage to the extent of £2000. The electric light and tram services were demoralised, and the town was for several hours in darkness. At the hospital some of the patiente were washed' out of their beds.
