WELLINGTON CATHOLIC CLUB.

Tha Wellington Catholic Club held its half-yearly meeting last evening. Mr. A. 11. Casey, vice-president, presided. The report and bolance-shcet (already published) were adoptod. On behalf of tho members of the club the chairman Drc.sentecl tho Roy. Father Kimboll, who is leaving Wellington to | take up missionary work, with gifts in appreciation of the services he had rondered as spiritual director oE the club, and president of the literary and debating society. A hearty reception was accorded the Vcn. Archdeacon Devoy on his return from his trip to the Old Land. A now rule providing for the election of life members was adopted, and under its provisions Mr. H. M'keowon was later elected first lifo member of tho club.
