The following judgment summonses were dealt with : — R. Kilpatrick v. Frank Robertson, £7 14s Bd,- defendant ordered to pay balance £6 14s Bd,onor before sth March, in default to undergo seven days' iprisonment. W. Attwater v. James Salinger, £29 2s, defendant ordered to pay belance- £19 2s on or before the sth March, or undergo tv.enty-one days' imprisonment. No order Was given in tho case of W. J. Botting v. G. Tuffin, a debt of £3 18a 6d.
