The Court of Appeal decided that in j relation to the workmen's compensation ' law, "tips" must be included in the< average weekly earnings. A BURSTING BOILER TUBE. ACCIDENT ON A, FRENCH CPuUISER. TEN MEN KILLED ; THIRTY-T WO INJURED. By Telefrraph.— Press Association.— Copyi a/ { ht, (Received February 19, 8.45 a. tti.) MOROCCO, 18th February. A boiler tube on the French 'jruiser Descartes, at Morocco, burst. Ten persons were killed and ,32 injured. The Descartes is a third-class cruiser of 3970 tons displacement, and 9 000 indicated horse power, built in lf#J6. On the 9th instant a steam £»'ipe also burst on the French cruiser Jeanne d'Arc, lying at Rabat, Morocco, three men being killed and ten otfa/ars seriously injured.
