A MATTER OF SALVAGE. Bj Telsgrtßlj.T-PreM Asaooiation.— Oooyrijrlu. (Received February 12, iO.SO a.m.) PERTH, ThisDayl In connection with the wreck of tho steamer Windsor, Messrs. Fallowfields, lessees of the Albrolhos Islands, on one of which the steamer struck, have issued a warning to trespassei'3. This is the outcome of the failure of negotiations with the underwriters in regard to salvage from the wreck. The chairman of the Underwriters' Association states that the Fallowfields' terms of salvage are extortionate. Legal proceedings are likely to take placo.
