The Daily Graphic reports that the Government proposes to increase by a million and a half the Naval estimates, and make some i reduction in the Army estimates, reducing the number with the colours. One hundred and thirty Liberals, it <vas reported some days ago, had pledged themselves to a reduction of armaments, and were pressing the Government to reduce. the estimates..
