NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Miramar Borough, Council held on Thursday, the 19th. Day of December, 1907> the following resolution was passed, namely, — RESOLUTION. "The Council of the.Boroujgh of Miramar hereby makes (by Spdcial Ctder), tho following Bylaw, under or by virtue of 'The Municipal Corporations Act 1900,' arid the several Acts amending the same,- and of all other powers and authorities (if any), authorising or enabling the Council in that behalf to alter or amend and add provisions to the Bylaw- of, the said CounbU made and passed on the Ist Day of March, 1905, and orders' that the present Bylaw come into force on tho Ist Day of February, 1908." The object and purport of the proposed Bylaw (which is to apply to the whole Borough), are: — 1. To incorporate "The Building Bylaw 1905 Amendment Bylaw 1908" with '"The Building Bylaw 1905." 2. To amend provision of Clause 33 (a) of "The Building Bylaw 1905 by the insertion and addition of the following proviso, "Provided also that the aforegoing area, shall not apply where the parcel of land intended to be occupied together with the building as a separate holding, shall have a frontage of not less than 40 feet to such street or private street as aforesaid, or to some private way. granted or reserved by the permission in Writing of the Council, and shall contain not less than one-eighth of an aore." 3. The said Bylaw shall come into foroo on the let Day of February, 1908. A full copy of tho Bylaw is deposited for inspection at the office of the Borough Council, King's Chambers, Wellington, and is open for inspection of the publio during office hours, from the 20th Day of December, 1907, to the 23rd Day of January, 1908. The above resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on THURSDAY, the 23rd Day of JANUARY, 1908, at 7.30 p.m.,-at the said office of the Borough Council.
