The notorious "Union of the Russian People," with tho Czar's approval, has been transformed into an orthodox league, without changing its aims and ideals. The "Union of tho Russian People," ostensibly a loyal and patriotic organisation, is credited with having caused much mischief, and been responsible for considerable bloodshed.
