Messrs. Harcourt and Co. announce sale of the Palfrey Estate, Upper Hutt, at their rooms, on Friday, 24th January, 1908, at 230 p.m. The Palfrey Estate is nineteen miles from Wellington, adjoins the railway station, part of theblock having been taken for railway pin poses. Tho Palfrey Estate is close to the racecourse, the" golf links, and rifle range. Tho auctioneers slate that 80 acres have been dedicated streets, eight miles of raiding have- been formed, and over eighty houses have been oreolecl, at> a. cost of from £40,C0p to £50,000, and. it ih now ' proposed to form it into a borough. Each section has a, frontage of not less than 60 feet.' Tho terms of sale- arc- cash deposit of 10 per cent, at time of sale, n further 5 per cent. 'within three months, and the balance at 4i per cent interest. Plans are now ready. Tho same firm advertise tho following unction sales at their rooms, 46, Lamb-ton-quay, at 2.30 p.m. on each date :— On Monday, 30th, city leasehold of a piece of land containing 32.3 perches, having about 103 feet 4 inches frontage to Ilospital-road, N&ivtown, with a depth of about 135 feet 6 inches for a term of 14 years, less one day ; on Friday, 10th January, 1908, a seaside resideneo at Phmmerton, containing eight 'rooms, on one floor, situate in Exeterstreet, being lot 41 on the plan of the township of Pluunicrlon, containing 30.9 perches ; on Tuesday, 14th January, by order of tho mortgagee, 208 acres of freehold at Waiiofara, near W.uignnui, b°ing section 13, block 5, on the map of the Oman mo survey district, WaitoUira ; on .Wednesday, 15th January, that piece of land containing 5 acres 3 roods and 8 7-10 perches, being allotments 1, 2. 3, 4, and 5, part of section 39. Karon district, and part of tho Monnghan Ustatp ; also, at the same date, sixteen building sites, at Meh-oso, Evans Bay district, being subdivisions of part of section No. 6, with frontages to Suth-erland-road, overlooking Newtown Park, close to trams. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. announce that the unsold sections at Morton extension can be purchased by private treaty. , Messrs.
