Karon district, and part of tho Monnghan Ustatp ; also, at the same date, sixteen building sites, at Meh-oso, Evans Bay district, being subdivisions of part of section No. 6, with frontages to Suth-erland-road, overlooking Newtown Park, close to trams. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. announce that the unsold sections at Morton extension can be purchased by private treaty. , Messrs.
