The Government Meteorologist says it Is premature to predict a drought yet The Victorian Meteorologist states that a drought is very probable. In Victoria the outlook for the coming harvest is said to bo depressed, particularly as regards the wheat crop The season is remarkable for general backwardness. In New South Wales there has been very dry weather.
