A Renter correspondent confirms the news of the ai rival of panic-stricken Jews from Kishiuefl' and Odessa at the Pruth River. The Roumanian Government is not permitting them to cross tlii» frontier. The Pruth River is the boundary between Roumnniu and Bessarabia. It was Btatcd''tliat a pogrom hnd been ordered and carried out at Kishineff, but this was denied by the Russian Govornment. However, tliere appears to have boon some truth in the story. Eighty Jews are reported to have been killed.
