AN ALL-RED ROUTE.

SIR CHARLES DILKE'S OPINION. By telegraph. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received August 1, 8.58 a.m.) LONDON, 31st July. The Standard says that Sir Charles Dilke, M.P., is convinced that an AllRed route is impracticable, as it will only provide for a summer service. Evidence submitted to the committee shows that if all the first and second class passengers on tho Canadian route, and half tho third class used an AllRed lino there would still be a loss of over a million sterling.
