GREEKS EXTERMINATINGBULGARS. By Telegraph. —^Presa Association. — Copyright. (Received July 30, 10.30 a.m.) ATHENS, 29th July. Ten Greek bands, equipped t>y wealthy Greeks, with tho Government's connivance, and commanded by Greek army officers, are systematically exterminating Bulgars, in order to include tho Monastir, Seres, and Kavalla districts within the Greek national sphere. The Porte has energetically protested against tha 'Greeks' action.
