THE FOOTBALL MATCH ON SATURDAY. By Telegraph.- -Press Association,— Copyright. (Received July "29, 11.20 a.m.) BRISBANE, 29th July. The pc-urier, commenting on 1 Saturday's game, says : — "Considering that the New Zealanders played two men short, j they played a game of which they can feel justly proud." - The Daily Mail says :— "Queersland is to be congratulated on their excellent fight in the second half, and nad they played with similar dash in the opening stages they would have been nearer to their opponents' score at the finish.
