NEW BUILDING AT FROGNAL. YOUTH OF THE NATION FULL OF PROMISE. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. t LONDON, 27th July. nis Majesty King Edward and Queen Alexandra opened the new buildings of University College School at Frognal. Miss Ada Crosslny (the famous cont/ralto) sang the National Anthem on the arrival of the Royal party. Baron Monkswell t ead an address to His Majesty from the University Council, dwelling on the fact that the school had 'for three-quarters of a century been a nursing moth-sr to mer> who had played a conspicuous part in moulding the destinies of the Emp're.
