CRICK'S LEGAL STATUS.
MOTION AS TO STRIKING OFF THE ROLLS. [PItESS ASSOCIATION.] SYDNEY, 30th Moy. The Full Court has occupied three days in hearing the caso in which W. P. Crick was willed upon to show cause why he should not bo struck off tho roll of solicitors. Counsol for Crick argued that the late Lands Commission was not in any cense a judicial tribunal. Tho Chief Justice expressed the opinion j that the findings of Mr. Justico Owen as a Royal Commission were a decision. Judgment was reserved.
