_, [BY TELEGRAPH. — J-BESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The polico aro carrying on a vigorous crusade against vagrants. Two men today wero sent to gaol for three months, the magistrate (Mr. Bishop) expressing a determination to clear the streets of such characters.
