Mr. Deakin and Lord Reay (former- • ly Undcr-Secretaiy for India) addressed a crowded meeting of the National Service League in the Queen's Hall lelative to the importance of universal military training. Lord Reay stated that ho would shortly visit Switzerland to study the question.
