MESSAGE TO AUSTRALIA. PRESS ASSOCIATION. (Received May 17, 12.20 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. The Department of External Affairs has received a cable message from the Acting-Premier of New Zealand stating that two cases of illness suspected to be plaguo have occurred in Auckland. The Health Department's bacteriologist, Dr. Makgill, left for Auckland this morning to continue his investigations into the nature of the disease. Dr. Mason is not expected to reach Wellington from Grey mouth till tomorrow.
