AN IRISH SENSATION. I <», i'LAN OF ACTION. | TO WITHDRAW FROM LONDON. A DUBLIN ASSEMBLY. | DEMAND FOR INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION. PRESS ASSOCIATION. (Received May 17, 9.34 a.m.) LONDON, 16th May. The National Executive of the National Council of Ireland has Tesolved that the Government's Irish Council Bill ib an insult to the Irish nation. It calls on the Irish members to withdraw from Parliament and return to Dublin to form an assembly which will claim representation at The Hague, and which will press for settlement, by au internaj tional court of arbitration, of the dispute between Ireland and England.
