Additional results: Dunedin Cup, oi 400 soys ; one wile and a half.— Mr. G. G. Dainty's Stepdancer, 7.9, (F. Jones), 1; Cross Battery, 8.9, 2; Lapland, 7.3, 3. Also started— Signalman 8.13, Thunderer 7.2, Notus 7.2, Tirole 7 2, Heroism 6.11, Secret 6.7, Astrakhan 6 7 Signalman was left at the post. -Astrakhan was fidst in the straight, closely attended by Secret and Notus. Racing past the stand Secret and Astrakhan had a lead of two lengths, Stepdancer and Heroism lying last. Turning into the back stretch the field closed up, aud Lapland wont to the front, with Astrakhan, Stepdancer, and Cross Battery also improving their positions. Stepdancer landed in the straight two lengths clear of Thunderer and Lapland, and Cross Battery put in her claim, and moved into second place. Stepdancer, however, kopt her lead, and won by about a length and a half, Cross Battery beating Lapland by half a length for second plac*. Time, 2min 39 4-ssec Dividends, £5 6s and 16s. *.Tl:l?}.
