Tho construction of Electric Tramway* connecting Seatoun and Miramar North with tho terminus of the Tramways of the Wellington City Council at Kilbirnie South on tho routes laid down •by the Order-in-Council (dated the 17th day of September, 1906) authorising tho construction of thb Tramways. Amended estimate of cost of construction and of raising loans and first year's interest thereon respectively , £50,50 C Estimated, contributions from landowners £15,500 Amount sanctioned and raised by previous Special Loan 23,000 38,500 Amount to bo now raised £12,000 The Council proposes to moke and plodge an annually recurring Special Rate of 21-32 of Id in the £ on the Rateable Vahio (on the basis of the Unimproved Value) of all rateable property within the said Borough as security for tho said Loan of £12,000 and the interest thereon, and tho sinking fund in connection therewith. It is proposed that tho whole of the Loan shall bo repayable at the expiration of a term of 26 years from the let day of March, 1907. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that tho Council of tho Borough of Miramar proposes to soil that portion of tho Miramar 'Tramways being constructed by the Counoil under authority of an Order-in-Council dated the seventeenth day of September, 1906, connecting Soatourt and Miramar North within the Borough with the terminus of the Wellington City Tramways at Kilbirnio, as lies within the City of Wollington.
