Quantity of wool catalogued was J52,600 bales; sold to Homo buyers, /7.000 bales,;, for tho Continent, bO,OOO bales; for America, 13,000 bales; held over, 3000 bales. Compared with the December sales, all scoured merinos advanced a halfpenny to a penny, and faulties 10 per cent. Cronsbrede aro irregular, owing to inferior conditions. Americana took the best parcels. Medium and finer grades were at high prices ; ordinary top-making sorts declined a halfpenny to a penny.
