Rupert Kellow, a boy 15 years of age, was to-day committed by Dr. A. M'Arthur, S.M., to the Supreme Court for trial on five serious charges in respect. of boys at Kamri. Accused, who was represented by Mr. Herdman, was liberated on bail in his father's surety of £50. Jupp's Band will give its last performance before attending the Christchurch band contest next .Sunday afternoon at the Newtown Park, when two new American marches and the two test selections to bo played at tho Exhibition contest will be played.
